Unlikely Ideal

Dillon Wyatt is a 39-year-old man working as a personal assistant for Rudolph Olner, head of Olner's Publishing. He's been focusing on himself after breaking up with his boyfriend by spending time with his friends at work and visiting his cousin, Riley; the only family he has left since coming out as gay fifteen years earlier. His regular schedule changes when he's entrusted with training the future leader of the publishing company by Mr. Olner himself.
Karlos Olner is Rudolph’s youngest child. Ever since his parents divorced when he was in high school, he and his sister, Natasha, have kept contact with him at a minimum. That changes at 28 years old when Karlos is offered to inherit his father's company, under the condition that he spends a year training for the new position. He hopes to make the company his own and show his worth to a man who never seemed satisfied with anything Karlos did.
While working together, Dillon and Karlos develop feelings for each other, but how could that work? Dillon is a cultured, vegan man with moderate social anxiety who's used to dating men similar to him; while Karlos is a sexually active pansexual man who is extroverted and never had a romantic relationship before. If that weren't enough, they are to be employer and employee in a year and have an 11-year age gap. The road to take should be obvious: Ignore their growing feelings. If only it were that easy.
Looping Threads
Following her mother’s advice, thirty-one-year-old fashion designer Opal Miller hesitantly begins yoga for her anger, only to lay eyes on the most lovely woman she’s ever seen.
Not that her innocent crush on her instructor would go beyond the classroom. After her last relationship, Opal needs to be more cautious. Or that was the plan until Jelena and her mother showed up at Miller’s Threads: Mrs. Rivera has chosen Opal to create a dress for her daughter.
Jelena Rivera, at twenty-eight, finds refuge as a trainer for Rising Gym, where her friends make her smile and her clients give her purpose. Outside, though, her mother’s expectations weigh heavily on her shoulders. Down to her attire for her family’s Christmas party, which is everything she hates.
However, her dread of the occasion diminishes the moment she realizes the dressmaker is the woman with the captivating eyes from her class. Was it a coincidence or the magic of the holiday?
The marks from the past are less obvious under Christmas lights and festive ornaments, but maybe healing is a wrapped present away; all they need is to open it together.
Foreign Home

Tristan Wilson-Allen never approached first… until he did. Lisandro, the chef from Foreign Home, had him staring silently for months; it was time to make a move. Perhaps a romance would work out better than the failed familial bond with Brennan, his brother, as long as he didn’t make a huge mistake again.
His one comfort is that his moms and his sisters still like him.
Lisandro Lopez lives for his family, and it’s been so since before he took over as head of his household. But as his siblings grow up and his ex keeps their son for half the week, it might be time to find something for himself. A cute graphic designer who often visited the diner for lunch seems like the right call for his plans.
All Sandy needs is not to do what he did to Ben; he wouldn’t strain any more links.
As Tristan and Sandy develop their relationship, their families remain ever-present in their worlds. When their similarities and differences clash, it’s a gamble whether that’ll bring them closer. Will their past errors be too much for a future together?
Everyone has baggage, but not everyone can accept other people’s load.
Fear, longing, regret, and hope; all competing to come out on top. On the one hand, Sandy and Tristan could go down and go through more pain. On the other, overcoming the worst could lead the pair to a new life. Maybe even to an improved home.
